Prana for Life is founded by Siobhan Fitzgerald whose aim is to empower YOU wether you are someone looking for a better solution to how you live your life, are a Yoga teacher or wish to become a student. With tuition in Pranayama, the breath has many practices within it and they all do something very different for us! We use the fourth limb of Yoga, said to be the greatest TAPAS … QUITE LITERALLY meaning the best way to burn away old habits or health issues.
From her practice base in Scotland, she has experienced Yoga far and wide in its various forms for over 28 years. She has also been teaching at Scotland's best Yoga Studios and lecturing on recognised teacher training courses such as Classical Yoga School in Glasgow, Perth and London.
Siobhan travels to India regularly for ongoing study working with scientists, doctors, and researchers at the top of their field. She graduated with 3 years of intensive research in this field and has been just over 19 years with her breath master.
Anyone can learn a 20 minute daily routine to enhance their wellbeing. If they keep it up it has the power to be transformative. This is the best tool anyone can have for wellness in body and mind.
We address much more as we work with you how what you eat is different for each person! How breath work strategies are also very different for each person and how Yoga Therapy has the power to heal on hands down the most profound level.

Conscious that her Yoga journey has allowed her to gather a set of skills almost unique to anyone in the UK, Siobhan has developed online workshops and training courses to empower yoga teachers and individuals seeking inner change using transformative power of Pranayama and Breath, this is Hatha Yoga in its most therapeutic and undiluted content, guidance on scientific based ratios for use with Pranayama, organised structure to teaching and using Pranayama and a hugely important toolkit on how to access and create a safe and effective way towards extending the breath and improving others lives.
